Important points in my findings and experiments and here are my take home points I have observed: Fast at specific times of the day and replicate this in the new time zone Adjust the feeding/fasting time from the start of the flight (i change my clock straight away) Eating the bulk of carbohydrates in the evening and consuming a small amounts during the day focusing on fats and protein (and veggies) Create an eating routine at least 3 weeks before
